Being a caregiver for a loved one is one of the most difficult and stressful jobs to have. “Caregiver Stress” or “Caregiver Burnout” is almost inevitable.
Beacon Care Management is here to provide support, education, and guidance during these difficult times. No two situations are the same, and therefore having that additional support while you navigate the healthcare system provides peace of mind.

Not all clients require long term care management services. In times of crisis, a family may need additional support to ensure their loved one’s immediate needs are addressed.
Beacon Care Management is there for those times. Providing family support and education, crisis management, and support during transitions of care.

DOES INSURANCE COVER MANAGEMENT CARE SERVICES?
No. Unfortunately at this time, medical insurance and long term care insurance do not reimburse for care management services. If there are changes to this in the future, we will update you!
DOES BCM REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF SERVICE HOURS?
No, at Beacon Care Management we step in and out of your situation as needed.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES? WHY IS IT NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
This depends on the scope of service and staff member performing the service. Please schedule a free consultation to determine needs and minimum support required.
